Lodge Goals 2013

The lodge will strive to:

  •  Be sure every committee is effectively run and fulfills its purpose.

  • Complete plans for the 2014 Year of the Lodge event by the end of 2013.

  • Complete the initial tasks of the Procedure Committee by the end of 2013.

  • Develop better fellowship programs.

  • Encourage all Lodge Executive Committee members to serve with candidates during Ordeals.

  • Encourage Arrowmen to stay with the Order and help Arrowmen find their asset to the lodge so they better enjoy their time.

  • Encourage members and parents to fulfill this year’s Chief’s challenge.

  • Finish the collection of lodge flaps hanging in the dining hall by Fall Fellowship.

  • Have 80 in attendance at the 2013 Fall Fellowship with at least 20 present from each chapter.

  • Have the mindset of “quality over quantity.”

  • Hold meaningful projects at ordeals.

  • Merge our group and page on Facebook to be in ordinance with national policy.

  • Obtain Journey to Excellence status.

  • Promote and send a contingent to the November NLS of at least five current and potential youth leaders.

  • Publish a new Where To Go Camping Guide by the end of the 2013.

  • Purchase dance and drum team supplies.

  • Raise and set aside at least $1,000 for NOAC 2015 by the end of 2013, with an additional $1,500 raised by the end of 2014.

  • Send 25 Arrowmen to NOAC 2015.

  • Send 50 Arrowmen to the 2014 Section Conclave.

  • Start a dance and drum team.

The Flint River Council

Ini-To Lodge is composed of Order of the Arrow members who are registered

Scouts and Scouters in the Flint River Council.

We are located in central Georgia with our council office in Griffin.
